Katie started her training in 2012 at Paul Mitchel the School in Fayetteville. In her eight year career as a stylist, she has been very passionate about education. Traveling and studying under some of the best in the industry, such as Nine Zero One Salon in LA, Charlie Price, Habit Salon’s Haircation, Kevin Murphy, Oribe cutting and styling, and Redken color courses. Living in Dallas for a few years, she says brought a new flare to her business and color techniques. “I learned so much from the classes I took and from my coworkers in Highland Park. Working in one of the busiest areas in the country will make anyone learn new things in a way you can’t when you’re in your comfort zone.” Katie specializes in low-maintenance blondes, balayage, and hand-tied extensions. She loves to enhance your natural beauty and help to make you feel your best self- esthetically and personally. She says her goal is to make people feel welcome and loved, as well as love their hair. “My favorite thing is when my clients become my friends. I love to get to know people and also make them feel beautiful!” Where her personal life is concerned, she grew up in Rogers, Arkansas with a very close-knit family. She is newly married with a dog that is her baby and loves to travel with friends and her husband, Kyle. She would love the opportunity to meet you and help make your hair dreams a reality!
